Creating a positive discourse community through interpersonal tasks is considered a high-leverage teaching practice (Glisan & Donato, 2017). It is thus crucial to examine their implementation as well as students' reactions. This session reports on a project in which interpersonal tasks are explored through video analyses and an attitudinal survey.
